1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Free2Flip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

2. Account registration and security

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account credentials. Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

3. Subscription terms

Some features require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Subscription pricing, billing interval, and included features are shown at checkout. Charges are processed by Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the active billing period. Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered according to applicable law and payment processor policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Uploading malicious code, scraping in violation of law, or disrupting service operations.
• Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

6. No financial advice; estimates only

Free2Flip provides software tools and informational estimates. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Profit projections, valuation estimates, and recommendations are not guarantees of actual outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, design, and content, is owned by Free2Flip or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as provided.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free2Flip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be in a competent court within the applicable jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions become effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
